Y.M. Tunku Mohamed Alauddin Tunku Naquiyuddin
Y.M. Tunku Mohamed Alauddin spent his formative years initially in Malaysia at the Alice Smith School before moving to the United Kingdom to attend prep school at Papplewick and subsequently to boarding school at Harrow.
He completed his business management studies and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College, U.S.A.
In the year 2000, he was appointed the position of Director of Marketing and International Relations with Talon Global Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, U.S.A. He has hands-on experience in dealing with clients seeking to venture into the MLM industry where he acts as a consultant for the company’s clients. In 2002, Tunku Alauddin joined Antah Bumimedic Sdn. Bhd., an affiliated company of the Antah HealthCare Group as General Manager where he oversees the management and marketing of the Bumiputra tendering business. He was subsequently appointed Executive Director for Antah Pharma Sdn. Bhd., Antah Sri Radin Sdn. Bhd. and Bumimedic (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. which supplies pharmaceutical and medical products to both Private and Government hospitals around Malaysia. In 2018, Tunku Alauddin was appointed Managing Director for Antah Strategic Services Sdn Bhd, of which the healthcare group sits under.
Tunku Alauddin also holds various positions in other companies. He is Chairman of Universal Trustee (Malaysia) Bhd. Universal Trustees is a registered trust company and offers fiduciary services to both individuals and corporate clients such as the setting up of private and corporate Trusts, Estate administration and executorship, Trusteeship of Private Debt Securities and Unit Trust Funds. He is also Executive Director at Guardian Bedrock, an iron ore and gold mining company, with mines in Pahang, Kedah and Kelantan.
On the 19th July 2007, Tunku Alauddin was conferred the Ahli Setia Negeri Sembilan (A.N.S.) award by the late Yang Di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, Duli Yang Maha Mulia Al-Marhum Tuanku Ja’afar ibni Al-Marhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman for his charitable work as a Trustee in Yayasan Tunku Naquiyuddin and Yayasan Tunku Nurul Hayati.

Carliff Ridzwan Carleel is our Chief Executive Officer. Street-smart with a sharp sense of business acumen, he has accumulated over 13 years of experience in the field of event management, marketing and corporate management. One of his strong points is his ability to bring together people, businesses, and organizations towards a common goal that benefits all the parties involved. He spent his early career in the UK, Europe, and China, building his business contacts along the way.
His corporate experience started in 2004, where he served as Executive Director for YSF Ltd, a trading company based in Beijing. During his tenure there, he managed to secure several deals, including:
- Sole Distributor in China for Skandfilter, Sweden
- Sole Distributor in China for Gerson, USA
- Appointed European Distributor for Mao Tai, China
- Sole Distributor in Europe for Vita Coco, USA
He then returned to Malaysia, and served SF Powertech Sdn Bhd as their Operations Manager. Part of Malaysian Airlines System (MAS) vendors, the company, under his leadership, engaged in several initiatives with MAS, including the setting up of their Staff Training Center and handling of their ISO certification process.
He was involved with the organizing of Langkawi International Boats Exhibition (LIBEX) 2006, as well as Monsoon Cup 2007. He also created and organized All Martial Arts Exhibition (AMAE) 2010, as well as Voltage Fight Series 2010 and 2011. His continued passion in sports saw him taking the mantle of Associate for KAHFI BMX & Downhill Racing since 2014.
In 2008, he immersed himself in the performance arts scene, producing 15 telemovies and dramas, and acting in over 30 productions in the span of 2 years. He was also involved in the pre- and post- production of 2 local feature films; Bunohan and Spilt Gravy on Rice. He is still involved in performance arts as a team member of AVA Stage and Projek Ronggeng.
In 2015, he was appointed as Head of Operations and Administration of Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd, reporting directly to the General Manager and Exco of the company. He managed all the subsidiaries and business interests of the company, as well as securing of new businesses.
Carliff is also active in charity works and activism, notably with SPOT, a program that focuses on puberty awareness among Malaysian girls. He was involved as their Fundraising and PR Manager since 2014.
His years of experience and wide range of skills, paired with his sharp wits, is a valuable asset for the company.

Dato’ Carleel Mohd Effendi is one of our Directors. He currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Security – SSHE Department for MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd. He had serve Polis Diraja Malaysia for 40 years.
He started his career with police force in 1976 as a Probationary Inspector. He served as Investigation Officer in Johor for 3 years, and subsequently moved on to be a Traffic Officer in Kuala Lumpur, where he served from 1979 for 10 years. He then had a short stint as an Investigation Officer for Commercial Crime at Bukit Aman for 3 years, before moving back to the Traffic Department as a Traffic Compound Officer. 3 years later, he became the Head of Traffic Branch, Petaling Jaya, before becoming the Head of Public Order and Traffic, Petaling Jaya 4 years later.
In 2001, he transferred to Melaka as the Deputy Chief of Criminal Investigation (Administrative) for 3 years, before serving as Operations Staff Officer for the Commercial Crime Department of IPK Selangor until 2005. He was later promoted as Superintendent of Investigation II of the Commercial Crime Department. He then shared his experience and expertise in Commercial Crime as Head of Commercial Crime Studies at Maktab Polis Diraja Malaysia from 2008 until 2012. From then, he was appointed as Deputy Chief of the Department of Criminal Investigations, Intelligence and Operations at Sabah, where he served until 2016. He retires at the age of 60 after serving for a year in ESSCOM with the rank of Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police where he got his Datukship.

Dato’ R. Paramasivam DIMP, AMP, currently hold the position of Director of MS Medical Sdn Bhd, a leading medical based company in Puchong. Dato’ R. Paramasivam also founder of the Alamnila Biz On Sdn Bhd & Alam Nela Trading Sdn Bhd. and also holds Advisor post in HamWin Trend Sdn Bhd.
Dato’ R. Paramasivam, holds a Diploma in Business Development. He also plays a vital role in the operation and public relation of the company. He is a person with full dedication who dedicates his time energy towards upliftment of the company in particular and the interest of the workers in general.
Being a person full of inspiration, Dato’ R. Paramasivam is also very active in the Political arena. He plays a very important in the social service sector. He is a very charitable person especially in the field of education, religion and has contributed very greatly for the community. He also contributes towards charitable organizations. Despite leading a low profile, his efforts have been recognized widely by various other organizations and social bodies.
In recognition of these services and efforts in the year 2007, he has been awarded the Darjah Kebebesaran Mohkota Pahang which carries the AMP title by the Sultan of Pahang, KDYMM Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al Musta’in Billah Obni Al Marhum Sultan Abu Bakar Ri’ayatuddin Al Muadzam Shah. and in 2011 he has been awarded Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang which carries title as Dato.
Being a person who is very well versed in public relations, Dato’ R. Paramasivam is a person who shows much interest in organizing Charitable Golf Tournaments for the Police Force and other organizations. He too active in Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) as District Chairman of Pahang.

Muhammad Daniel Toni Bin Abdullah is one of our Directors and also a certified Master Trainer of JPX Piexon. He started his career in the uniformed force since 2000 with Polis Diraja Malaysia, receiving various tactical and weapon combat trainings before he was assigned to IPD Sentul Patrol Unit in 2001 for 4 years, and the City Street Traffic Unit for 3 years. He undergone basic training for Unit Tindakan Khas (UTK) in 2007 and received 7 letters of appreciation from various OCPD during his service.
He has vast experience in the field of Close Personal Protection. Among the VVIPs he had protected:

His interest in uniformed bodies does not stop him from venturing into the security personnel field. He was appointed as the Branch Manager of KPD Security Services Sdn Bhd, with 30 staff reporting to him.
He is proficient in the use of firearms especially Glock 19 and has strong interest in shooting sports. He received nationwide news coverage in 2010 during the shooting incident at the Nilai-Mantin Highway, saving his principal, Dato’ Alvin Tan Yong Hwa from a murder attempt.
He’s keen to share his experiences in VVIP security and protection services, and had assisted in producing a demo video for Chico Force Sdn Bhd, which can be viewed on their corporate website.

Stuart Yeomans is the CEO of Farringdon Group’s HQ in Kuala Lumpur. Farringdon Group is a leading provider of financial management, tax planning and banking solutions for any astute investor or corporate organisation.
He also holds the position of MD at Farringdon Asset Management, who are a capital markets and securities licensed firm in Singapore. Alongside these financial companies, Stuart owns KLEM Media, who help connect the expatriate with the Malaysian community and is a shareholder of Fortress Defence.
Stuart was born and educated in the UK and has been awarded a degree in Economics & Financial Services, from Nottingham Trent University’s Business School. Throughout his time offshore, Stuart has continued his studies and holds qualifications from both the Securities Investment Institute and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Stuart has also helped develop a new qualification pathway for Malaysia which has been designed to increase the quality of advice given in Malaysia today.
Stuart has studied and worked within the Financial Service sector for a little over 13 years and has been interviewed on Capital TV and is also a key speaker at KPMG & CBRE seminars throughout Central Asia. Alongside these important presentations Stuart has also found time to contribute to the writing an examination paper from the Chartered Insurance Institute of the UK.
Stuart is now focused on building his portfolio of companies and is an avid investor in new start up organisations that he can add value to.
